    This is a amazing read. I highly recommend this. Very factual and intelligent. Brings a lot of realization to you. I also recommend watching the movie on Netflix for a visual of it.

    I read this book after watching the documentary and it was helpful in reaffirming the facts mentioned in the movie. A bit repetitive at times, but I simply skipped those sections. The receipts are easy and provide a good start to the lifestyle.
